Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Dynamic Menu Bar. If it is not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout (or reply to your Polar receipt) and include your order reference. That is it.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated once the refund is issued.

Fair use

We may decline requests that show clear abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
